After three generations of cheese made tradition, Stavros Karousos takes the presidensy of the company and willingly modernized it in 2003 and changed the traditional cheese dairy in a vertically organized unit of cheese made products. In this pioneer cheese made unit, Karousos family, having applied their knowledge, their experience and their secrets of the previus generation, combined together modern equipment, managed and made a series of qualitive hard cheese, unique in taste, fairly awarded with theGOLD AWARD OF TASTE
