Wash zucchini, cut them in slices, light brown them in a pan with hot oil and let drain on absorbent paper.
Mix the milk with the cream. Beat the eggs and add to mixture along with pepper and stir to make a homogenous mush.
Brush with some melted margarine a fireproof dish, sprinkle with a tablespoon of bread crumbs, aradiaste the zucchini with ham, cheese (keep 3-4 tablespoons for the top) and 4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs. Pour the batter over the zucchini.
Sprinkle the rest kefalograviera, a tablespoon of bread crumbs and margarine in small pieces.
Bake in preheated oven at 200oC for 45 minutes, until surface gets golden brown and serve the food hot
